Melik Arslani was born on 11.12.1966 Dobridol,Gostivar,Macedonia.He graduated the Hight School in Gostivar.In1994 he got a universiti degree in the Faculty of Arts in Prishtina on the class of academic professor Tahir Emra.In 1998 he abtained a master degree in the Arts Academy in Prishtina on the class of academic professor Tahir Emra.Since year1996 he began to work at the University of Tetova in the Faculty of Art.
